- the provision of better technological equipment (aerothermics, A/C, RTI, boiler and radiators).
The design and decoration of the interiors has been carried out with the aim that it will remain over time, with a creative and unique colourful style, recovering aspects of traditional Spanish and Mediterranean taste in a modern and avant-garde key of the times to come, with autonomy of fashions and styles, without anchorage in any period or time. By uniting past, present and future.
In the final result of the refurbishment, the beauty and quality achieved stands out, which surpasses the epochs for its original and elegant style, with attention to detail.
The building consists of:
- ground floor and semi-basement tertiary/workshop/commercial, 30+30 m2 with bathroom.
- mezzanine floor, 23 m2 flat with one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
- 1st floor: a 62 m2 flat with living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors with a 60m2 flat on each floor with living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
